I love chipotle but...

This app would be so amazing if the orders would actually come as I order them. I have ordered 3 or 4 times using the app. Only once was my order right! But Im not the type to complain so I didnt worry about it too much. But today, I ordered for my three kids and each of their orders were missing the protein that I paid extra for! And my daughter got steak instead of chicken, which would be ok but the steak is spicy to her. And then I went on the app looking for a way to "complain" but there is literally no way for me to rate or even email chipotle from the app. So I went to the website dead end again. I love chipotle they are one of my favorite restaurants. But I wont be using this app again. And I want my money back
