I wish I can give 0 star to write this review

It really drives me mad right before I write this review: I ordered my meal at 4:04 in the afternoon and the app only allows me to choose 4:45 instead of 4:30 that I wanted to. Then I made two phone calls to in wish to change the pickup time to 4:30 but there were no one picking up the phone. This is very embarrassing because I was late for 20 mins for an important schedule.
