Still useless. Wait times of an hour or more. What is the point of having an app?

We frequently use the Panera app to order food as we are leaving to go pick it up, and it is always ready. We love the Chipotle food, but it is always a crap shoot whether to use the app
or not because it often gives the soonest pickup time to be a half hour or later in the future. I would use the app much more frequently if it had the Panera "as soon as possible, I am on my way" feature where your food is ready within ten minutes. I never wait at Panera, but I frequently end up getting to Chipotle before the app "pickup time" and have to ask them to start making it now. Depending on the line it would often be better just to wait in line.

I realize that this is more about the whole process not the app itself, which works great.
