Chipotle - Fresh Food Fast App Reviews

Ive used the app more than 15+ times hoping that my food will be ready for pick up when I get out of college since its down the road, well when I get there they never have my food ready & have just started to prepare it. I use the app to avoid the line but Im actually left waiting longer!

The help screen SAYS theres a place to enter special instructions BUT THERE ISNT ONE!! Absolutely WORTHLESS to me.

What a joke! Why would I place an order 2 1/2 hours before I want to pick it up? You. Red to fix this ASAP!

I was sitting in front of the store but had forgotten my card to pay for my food so was going to use my mobile ordering out it was 30 minutes before the store closed but the mobile app would not let me order because it kept saying the store was closed already even though it didnt close for another 30 minutes!!! I guess I get it so they dont have people trying to come get food but if Im writing from the store and they dont have a line so I can literally walk in, its frustrating. Especially if the pick-up time can be in 10-15 min!

Why? I like both pinto and black beans? Why make me choose? I dont want to write in the special instructions my order. Just give me my beans. Thank you.

I ordered food 30 mins in advance on the app and when I arrived absolutely nothing was ready.

Just did my first order via the app, the app seems to work fine but when I brought it home, the one bowl has no meat and another one has soul scream which we didnt select. Worst is I am share holder .... :(

i paid for my order through the app, get to the store and was told that my order was not paid for and i did not have my wallet on me, hence the reason i chose to pay through the app. fix the issue immediately or i will no longer be a chipotle customer.

Trying to buy a gift card as a gift is just terrible. I would use just skip this service.

The app itself works fine but it provides no value in terms of how quickly you will get your food. Let me explain.. if you order food through this app it is likely going to be half an hour longer to an hour longer than if you had waited in line at the same restaurant. I ordered at 6:30pm and was informed that I could pick it up at 8:15pm... thats ridiculous.

Thing I like about the app, it gets our orders right. Things I dont like, why cant I have both beans? And why cant there be rewards?

On Sept 30, 2016 I place and order and paid with credit card on the app. The store did not have my order. They said I would need to pay again. There is NO CONTACT info anywhere on the web or app. There is no process to reverse the charge for a missing order. Do not give them your credit card. If anything goes wrong the local store wont fix it and there is no resolution option. Im really angry.

Discovered that Chiptopia has ended. Seriously??!? If I had known it was a dinky summer promo, I would have 100% NOT wasted my time. #ChipotlèFail

With my online order being 20 minutes late, the manager was very nice. The food was on the house and I also received a coupon for my next order. I am very pleased with the management.

Can not check the rewards at all

I used it frequently until last update. The ap is stuck in "waiting". I cant even delete!

I like the app. It works. But you cant order things like cilantro like rice or get your meat spicy. Also things like chorizo which was just added to the menu should be on this app. Its not hard to update an app. How many developers do it every week.

Tried to place an order at 10:55 AM at the Westlake location in Seattle and was told the earliest I could pick up my food was 1 PM??? It definitely doesnt take over 2 hours to make a single burrito!

Pretty much all the app is good for is looking at the menu, with a 50+ minute pick up time I can drive past three chipotles and get in line and STILL get the food faster.
