Their anti-GMO (not to mention all their food safety issues making everyone sick... Ironic isnt it) mean I will never eat chipotle again. Goodbye chipotle, you lost a customer because of your anti-science nonsense. It is probably that same anti-science outlook that leads to you poisoning your customers with poor food handling. Educate yourself. Learn some science.

After placing my order, the app informed me it would be a full hour to get my food. I found this hard to believe, so I called the restaurant to confirm, and was told that basically all walk-ins take priority and the staff would need 30-40 minutes to get around to my order. Had I just showed up, Id have my food in 10 minutes. This app is literally a waste of my time.

The app is very easy to use but I dont like that it automatically delays your order during peak hours. During dinner hours the soonest I can pick up my order is 30 minutes. Yet very often when I walk in there are only a few people or no line at all. It would have been faster for me to just walk in and order. They definitely could learn from Panera where its always 10 minutes.

This really needs Apple pay and Touch ID support but I should also have the option to stay logged in (having people remember their passwords encourages weak passwords, I want my passwords to be 6-90 any character including special and different for every account)

Always makes me wait a long time no matter how busy the store is. Decided to just walk in last night and the store was completely empty but the app would have made me wait 45 minutes. How is it that the Starbucks app can have my drink ready in 3 minutes on a busy weekday morning, but Chipotle makes you wait an hour even on non peak times?

App should have a feedback feature that makes it easy to report issues with service and food to restaurant management and/or Chipotle corporate, at customers discretion.

Great app. Makes lunch so much easier to just walk up to the register and pick up.

This app is junk. Doesnt work half the time. Doubled my order yesterday. No wonder chipotle is constantly having issues its karma for crappy app.

I dont get it. The point ordering ahead is so that its ready when you arrive. Weird.

Thanks for adding TouchID finally--love not having to put in my password. Wish it had Apple Pay for my order to go smoother/safer! Wish it had 3D Touch to quickly get to my order or some other similar quick function. Capability to add multiple gift cards. Wish I could also put my gift cards into Wallet app (formerly Passbook). Thanks!!

Love using it to order ahead and pick up but would be complete if it used ApplePay to let me pay ahead instead of paying in the store. Would speed ordering and check out!starbge that TouchID was added without full Pay support.

Would love to see Apple Pay support in a future release.

As a customer I want the ability to order less (1/2 beans) or more (2x lettuce) of an ingredient in my burrito bowl so that I can customize my order like I can in the restaurant. See Starbucks app for a great example. Add Apple Pay. Add Touch ID for sign on without a 4 digit passcode.

No iPad or landscape support? Boo!

Its been 1 year and 5 months since Apple Pay came out in the United States and Chipotle still hasnt added it to their app.

Dont have to remember password that forget all the time. Its great! Secondly, can we get Apple Pay in this app? Id use it more if I didnt have to store my card info in these 20 different apps. Panera bread has it perfect right now. Id rather you just take my money than take my money and track what Im ordering. Help us chipotle! Youre our only hope!

App is awesome and well done! Make it more awesome and add Apple Pay.

After the last update the app refuses to install. Its now just a white box on my home screen and I cant delete it. Its an eyesore.

Sometimes I can order ahead by only 20 minutes which is great to pick up last minute on the way home from work. Other times, the earliest pickup time is two hours away! It doesnt make any sense, and because of this, we have bought dinner elsewhere when it will not allow us a convenient pick up time. Tried to place an order shortly after 4:00 and the earliest time was 6:30.

After the latest update the app gets an error loading the store and goes blank.
