The app is a waste of time. It never finds any location (though theres one a few blocks from my work) and ALWAYS times out. Whats the point?! You also cant order online either. Their online ordering doesnt work! Get it together, Chipotle.

Dont waste your time on the app. I made a 50$ order and they said it would be ready in 50 minutes, so I waited and showed up. They still only started the order once I showed up and made my order incorrectly. I ordered two full orders of tacos only to find out after the whole 1 and a half hour ordeal that I instead only received 2 tacos.

Cannot add a card. No Apple Pay. Useless in my opinion.

Adding a credit card does not work. Lots of inconsistency in design related to payment options.

App has recently completely broke. Cannot "contact chipotle super computer" and cannot find any store locations, near me or otherwise.

Probably the most disappointing app Ive ever used. Any time you try to log in, it tells you there is a problem connecting to their super computer. The whole thing is so bad.

Setting up an account is painful since the password rule is ridiculous. Deleted before first use. Chipotle can make burritos but not software.

There is something wrong with this app. I cannot even attempt to order anything because it wont let me make an account. There is something wrong with the password tool.

The first time I used the app for ordering when I arrived to pick up my order it was not ready. I was told by the store personnel that it was standard to not make the order until the person I arrived. I left without food because I could not wait. Contacted customer care and they assured me this is not correct. Have used the app since for ordering and my orders were ready and correct. I really enjoy using the app and skipping the normal long lines to pick up my food.

This app is pointless. If I have to wait that long for my order, I might as well go stand in line. Other fast-casual restaurants have my order ready for pick up in 10-15 min. And they get just as busy. I wait 30 min and my order usually still isnt ready. Sometimes the minimum wait time is an hour. Might as well not even have an app. I thought it was just the chipotle near me. But I see too many other people saying the same thing. I always just end up going to panera. Which Im about to do. Ill be eating my sandwich in 10 minutes :)

What good is the app if your hometown store doesnt accept online orders? Even worse, sometimes accepting orders, waiting nervously as the app loads up shows the store and...fail not accepting orders

This app is obviously defective and the user experience is terrible! I ordered a pickup meal but I cant find it in recent orders, after paying for it, there was no way for me to review my order, Im not even sure if I successfully made the order or not!

I really love chipotle. I just wish they had an app like starbucks did, so purchasing things and having your rewards would all be on one account instead of having to carry the card and the app. Just fuse them together. Im tired and I want chipotle.. so I dont know if that made sense :) But overall, making it like the starbucks app would help a lot

Thanks for adding TouchID finally--love not having to put in my password. Good job!!! Wish it had Apple Pay for my order to go smoother/safer and faster! Wish it had 3D Touch to quickly get to my order or some other similar quick function. Capability to add multiple gift cards. Wish I could also put my gift cards into Wallet app (formerly Passbook). *****Ability to pay with gift cards at register in store right from app (maybe NFC). Thanks!

Should be able to add a certain order to a certain person. This way, when placing an order, all I gave to do would be to click on names w/ their preset orders

GrubHub, EAT24, Seamless, DoorDash, and Postmates, they all accept Apple Pay! WHY CANT CHIPOTLE?
