App doesnt even work. Just downloaded today and says "cannot connect to chipotle". Lol FAIL

App works great until you place the order. Only then, you find out the pickup time. If time is unacceptable you cant cancel. Only option is to call store, but they dont answer the phone. 5 calls - no answer. Add cancel button please.

Just used this app and everything worked smoothly. I was able to pick up my burrito and skip the long line! Also allows for fingerprint ID as a final check before placing an order. Pretty cool!

The wait time was substantially less, but only half of my family got what they ordered. So I recommend this app if you just want "something" from Chipotle, and you dont care what you actually get.

Every time I order they dont start the order till I walk in so I end up waiting longer than everyone in line yet I ordered 45 min ahead so whats the point. Chipotle needs to change their process for this or delete it as its creating negative fans. I want to come here less and less now.

App is completely broken, I guess the developers cant handle codes, like employees cant handle the product.

Love the app. Use it constantly, unless Im ordering a quesadilla. Theres no option for it :(

I would love to use this app but I will never use it until there is an update with the following change: The toppings selection is too binary. I like to have just a little bit of both beans and the peppers and onions, and a little extra rice. What if I want two kinds of salsa..... Nope, you are out of luck. I cannot instruct this app to do so. Subway drive through did it right. You can select normal, less, or extra on any topping. And if you select one, it wont cancel out the other. Please fix this Chipotle, I would like to skip lines, I drive by and the line is too long, I just go to your competitor and I would rather not.

Love ordering ahead! The main reason I do is because I dont carry a wallet. Bring Apple Pay to you store and app please!

Store took 25 minutes of my time, waiting for food in store. Ive deleting the app. Recommend to just go down and get food in person. I hope other people have better luck using app. then going to restruant. Love their food

This is my first review ever. But, I am happy with this app and felt compelled to offer my thoughts. I downloaded this app two weeks ago and have used it with good success on at least 6 occasions. Yes, I really enjoy Chipotle and it is close to my office. I place my order and the app tells me the ideal time to be at the store to pickup it up. It also auto saves a credit card so if you have a favorite order, you can open the app and reorder something within 15 seconds. I am very busy at work and this app saves me a lot of time. When I arrive at Chipotle to pick up my order, I walk straight to the cashier and they hand me a bag containing my order and my receipt. No waiting (as long as you are attentive to the recommended pickup time).

Why does it have you schedule pick ups in 15 minutes increments and then have you wait 15-20 minutes when you come to pick it up? People who came in after me and waited in line got their food before me.

Chipotle is the best thing to happen to this god forsaken world. The app is amazing, the food is amazing, the service is amazing, the price is amazing, etc. The only possible thing to make the app better is delivery.. Hint hint

This app would be so amazing if the orders would actually come as I order them. I have ordered 3 or 4 times using the app. Only once was my order right! But Im not the type to complain so I didnt worry about it too much. But today, I ordered for my three kids and each of their orders were missing the protein that I paid extra for! And my daughter got steak instead of chicken, which would be ok but the steak is spicy to her. And then I went on the app looking for a way to "complain" but there is literally no way for me to rate or even email chipotle from the app. So I went to the website dead end again. I love chipotle they are one of my favorite restaurants. But I wont be using this app again. And I want my money back

Whats the use of this app when they make you wait 45 minutes and they have a line of only 5 people when you go to the store!?!?

Was looking forward to some type of deal or coupon. Especially after the e.coli scare. Incorporate that and this is a 5 star app, until then I have no incentive to eat a place that got people sick when they paid $10 for a burrito.
