Good app to keep you away from long line! Apple Pay is a great magic but it doesnt work on my card issued outside of US. D*** it. But chipotle app remembers that card and it went smoothly. No compliant. People, please ask for PayPal support xD or google wallet

When I first opened the app I kept getting an error that said I cannot connect to Chipolte. I reopened the app and then was able to choose a nearby location to place an order. Order process was simple and without issue.

You cannot customize the pick up time, and wait times are consistently more than an hour. What is the point of this app if you were trying to skip the line by ordering ahead? They need to take a lesson from the Starbucks app.

Not in line with the actual website, asking me for the credit card and not giving me the option to choose a pick up time and pay at pick up.

Fast, pretty, simple. Nice UX. Saved order. Kudos.

Youd think it would make things easier but the list of ingredients is out of order at the end so my order was wrong when I picked it up.

The application developers and designers for the Chipotle seem to have put in much-appreciated time to making the app both easy and efficient to use. Ordering ahead for my golden goodness has never been easier!

The order doesnt reflect immediately after placing it. I had to close the app and re-open it for the order to be displayed. Also, can you add a functionality to update the user that their order is ready?

It really drives me mad right before I write this review: I ordered my meal at 4:04 in the afternoon and the app only allows me to choose 4:45 instead of 4:30 that I wanted to. Then I made two phone calls to in wish to change the pickup time to 4:30 but there were no one picking up the phone. This is very embarrassing because I was late for 20 mins for an important schedule.

Id like double chicken and steak. Easy on rice and tomatoes. Cant do any of this on app.

Review update: Still useless. Wait times of an hour or more. What is the point of having an app? --- We frequently use the Panera app to order food as we are leaving to go pick it up, and it is always ready. We love the Chipotle food, but it is always a crap shoot whether to use the app or not because it often gives the soonest pickup time to be a half hour or later in the future. I would use the app much more frequently if it had the Panera "as soon as possible, I am on my way" feature where your food is ready within ten minutes. I never wait at Panera, but I frequently end up getting to Chipotle before the app "pickup time" and have to ask them to start making it now. Depending on the line it would often be better just to wait in line. I realize that this is more about the whole process not the app itself, which works great.

Over an hour wait time then when I show up on time nothing is prepared? App works great which is why I gave it a second star but the chipotle system leaves a lot to be desired in the ecoli delivery system.
